All equipment is relatively new, and the van is in excellent mechanical condition, with maintenance always carried out on time.

• For bookings of 4 days or less, a €50 check-in/check-out service fee applies

Driving Guidelines

To ensure the van remains in excellent condition for all travelers:

• Diesel vehicle

• Wait until the glow plug light turns off before starting the engine

• Recommended driving range: 1500 – 2500 RPM

• Allow the engine to warm up before exceeding 2000 RPM

• Before turning off the engine, let it idle for about one minute

• Avoid driving with your foot resting on the clutch or your hand on the gear lever

Taking Care of the Interior

The van is compact and carefully designed, so please treat it with care.

• Clean any spills immediately

• Do not force any components

• If anything seems unclear or stops working, please contact us directly

• In case of unexpected situations, inform us as soon as possible

Energy Use

When the fridge is running, please ensure the solar system remains connected overnight or during long stops.

Mileage

• 100 km/day included

• 200 km/day: €20/day

• Unlimited mileage: €40/day

• Extra kilometers: €0.35/km (payable at the end of the trip)

Requirements & Return Conditions

• Minimum driver age: 25 years
  (younger drivers must notify us in advance for additional insurance)

• Security deposit: €900
  Paid via PayPal or bank transfer at check-in and refunded within 24 hours after return

• Bed sheets are mandatory
  (€15 per trip if requested)

• The van must be returned clean inside and outside

• Fuel and water tanks must be returned full or at the same level as at pickup

• Early check-in or late check-out outside standard hours may involve an additional fee

• Check-in or check-out after 20:00 may involve a small surcharge
